A woman can urinate in her own face by getting into a position that allows her to direct her urine stream upwards. This requires significant flexibility and control over her body. Here are the most common methods:

1. The “Pee Fountain” or “Bathtub” Method:

This is the most straightforward approach.

  • Lie on your back in a bathtub or a place where cleanup is easy.
  • Lift your legs and hips up and over your head, bringing your knees toward the floor on either side of your head. This is essentially a yoga shoulder stand (Salamba Sarvangasana) or plow pose (Halasana).

  • Lie on your back with your feet against a wall.
  • Walk your feet up the wall as you lift your hips off the floor.
  • Continue until your weight is on your shoulders and your pelvis is positioned over your face, similar to the first method.
  • Urinate while in this inverted position.

3. The “Squat and Lean” Method (More Difficult):

  • Squat down deeply.
  • Lean your torso forward as far as possible, bringing your head between your knees and toward the floor.
  • Use your hands to support yourself and aim your genitals upward.
  • This method relies more on forcefully directing the stream upwards rather than just using gravity, and it is much harder to aim accurately.

Important Considerations:

  • Flexibility: These positions require good flexibility, particularly in the back, hips, and hamstrings. Do not force your body into a position that causes pain.
  • Hygiene: Urine is typically sterile when it leaves the body, but it’s not something most people want in their eyes, mouth, or nose. Be prepared to wash your face immediately afterward.
  • Environment: This is messy. Perform this activity in a shower, bathtub, or on a surface that is easy to clean, like a towel on a tiled floor.
